November 9th, 2016
Abraham Erb staff and students have been preparing a memorable Remembrance Day ceremony for November 11th from 10:15 – 11:10. This is a day when Canadians honour the men and women who have served in wars and peacekeeping missions all over the world. Remembrance Day is also a time to think about the importance of peace and freedom in all of our lives. We remember because we know that freedom isn’t free. To remember is to work for peace. Take some time to talk to your children about how they can work for peace in our school, in our community and in our homes. Lest we forget. Parents are welcome to attend.
