Please be advised that at the May 26, 2014 Board Meeting, a boundary study for the elementary schools in West Waterloo was formally approved. This boundary study will be called the West West Waterloo Boundary Study and will include:

  • Abraham Erb PS
  • Cedarbrae PS (for Vista Hills area of boundary)
  • Centennial PS (for Vista Hills area of boundary)
  • Edna Staebler PS
  • Laurelwood PS
  • Mary Johnston PS
  • The new West Waterloo (Vista Hills) elementary school

The WRDSB will be conducting this boundary study over the 2014/15 school year, but wanted to make sure that all of the schools included are aware of it. The report that went to Committee of the Whole on May 12, 2014 provides some additional information about this study and the new Vista Hills school, tentatively scheduled to open in September 2016.
