We are fortunate to have student and parent volunteers at our CROSSWALK on Laurelwood.
At ALL times we must be patient and respect the decision of the trained safety patrol students as to whether or not it’s safe to cross Laurewood Drive.
The adults wearing safety vests are there as a larger visual reminder that the crosswalk is active and they provide moral support for the safety patrol students. All parents and children using the crosswalk must be respectful and set a good example to other parents and to children who walk to school alone.
Thank you for your cooperation everyone!
