We are pleased to confirm that Abraham Erb P.S. will be offering the Extended Day Program for Junior Kindergarten to Grade Two students during the 2015-2016 school year.

****Required Actions ****

1. Families who have not pre-registered through “OneList Waterloo Region”, and wish to have childcare during the 2015-2016 school year, must log into http://www.wrdsb.ca/beforeafter to pre-register for the program.
2. Once families have pre-registered they will receive an email by the end of June from “OneList Waterloo Region” to remind you to complete your registration information and update your child[ren]’s care schedule.

We accept ongoing registrations throughout the year with two weeks advance notice.

PLEASE NOTE: If your child[ren]’s schedule is not entered in “OneList Waterloo Region” by August 25th 2015, your child[ren] will not be registered to commence the Extended Day Program on September 8th 2015.  All schedule changes must be made 2 weeks in advance as per the schedule change policy.

All Extended Day Programs will begin on Tuesday September 8th, 2015. The Extended Day room will be posted at the main entrance of the school.  Kindergarten students will participate in a staggered entry process. The Extended Day Program will offer a full day of care on these days.  If your child is registered in “OneList Waterloo Region” there is no additional cost to attend on these days.
