Good news!
As an alternative to telephoning your child’s upcoming absence/late to the attendance line, you now have another option.
You can now email us. It’s quick and easy! Just email …

All you need to include in the email is:
- Your Child’s Name (First and Last)
- Room Number or Teacher Name
- Date(s) of the Upcoming Absence or Late
- Reason
As always, remember to notify us as soon as possible, preferably, as soon as you know! Middle of the night works(!), but any time before 8:30 a.m. is good.
If it is after 8:30 or even 9:00 that you make a decision to keep your child home, please still use one of our two options (attendance phone line or the email address) to notify us, rather than calling the Teacher, the Secretary or the Principal.
The faster staff can get through the Safe Arrival process at the school, the faster you can be reached if your child is missing.
By using one of these two options, you help us keep all our children safe!
