The University of Waterloo is once again hosting Technovation – a 5 month free program that teaches girls age 10-18 to design and code a mobile app that will solve a problem in the community. They will also create a business pitch and compete in a local pitch competition and potentially advance to the global competition.

None of the workshops are during school times. Most are Saturday workshops. There are two that are Wednesday early evening times and the locations will vary (local tech companies or WLU)  The specifics will be announced to Technovation participants who sign up.
