Due to the current weather conditions, all rental permits and school-led evening events are cancelled for the evening of Thursday, January 15, 2026. Please check with your event organizer to see if your event or meeting will be rescheduled at a later date.

Important Reminder About Community Use of Schools

When schools are closed, all scheduled rentals are automatically cancelled.
If schools are open during the school day, but the weather is forecasted to get worse into the evening, we may make the decision to cancel rentals later in the day.
