Wanted: Volunteer Coordinator for Fun Fair
Responsibilities include:
– soliciting parent volunteers, student volunteers from Laurelwood P.S. and SJAM students
– get numbers from each lead for amount of volunteers needed.  Also see previous years’ numbers.
– provides sign up sheet for teachers and put in staff room
– give student volunteer numbers to Food Coordinator in order to get their food tickets
– make student & parent volunteer labels
– assign jobs
– greet them the night of and give them their station and volunteer labels
– collect SJAM volunteer papers and sign them for their hours
