Which Mindsets Are We Growing?

FIXED mindset thinkers believe: -intelligence and talent are fixed traits -talent alone creates success -effort will not make a difference, and in fact indicates a lack of ability -you either get it or you don’t -they need to document and justify intelligence or talent, instead of developing them -look good at all costs

GROWTH mindset thinkers believe: -intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work -brains and talent are just the starting point -determination leads to fulfillment -if you work hard you will ‘get it’ -a love of learning and resilience is essential for great accomplishments -learn at all costs
